Respect the neighbors - avoid making excessive noise or playing loud music after 11pm and before 9am.

Don't invite people in the flat without asking us.

Please turn off lights behind you, for the electricity bill and for the planet !!!

Don't forget to close your private room door, when you want to stay quiet, to protect your and our intimacy.

A security deposit is handled by Airbnb and will be refunded 48h after the check out.

Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged.
