Enjoy the new 2.3km long green spaces and pedestrian walkaways along the Seine. A picturesque walk from the Eiffel Tower on the left bank, many animations along the way, 5 floating islands installed close to the Pont de l’Alma, offering innovative promenade with plants closely related to the water and small restaurants all the way to the heart of Paris near Hotel de Ville.

Swimming by the river


From 2022 in the Val-de-Marne and from 2025 in Paris, the inhabitants will be able to swim in the public pools in the Marne and the Seine rivers.


5 sites are planned in Paris, including two on the banks of the Seine River Park (central Paris), the port of Bercy (12th), near the Trocadero (16th) as well as on the edge of the river in the 16th arrondisement.
