Bring your family to the ice rink in front of the Montparnasse railroad station, or Hotel de Ville, where you can skate for free.

From December throughout the winter, as long as the ice is frozen.

Open to the public Monday to Friday 12pm - 10pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 9am - 10pm. Please note: last entry one hour before closing.


Free merry-go-rounds in Paris
During the Christmas holidays in Paris, young and old can go on a free ride on the many carousels in different districts of Paris.

From Mid December to first week of January.
Where to find them : Square du Temple (3rd), Manèges on the Hôtel de Ville square (4th), on the Place de la Madeleine, Place Saint-Sulpice, Place d'Italie or Trocadero, Place de l'Odéon.

  2. Visit Disneyland® Paris during this time, as the place get  magically transformed into a winter wonderland of snowy streets and million twinkling lights. Every night as the sun sets, there's an Enchanted Fairytale Ceremony at Sleeping Beauty's Castle and a  special visit from Father Christmas. On New Year's Eve the park hosts an all-out celebration, culminating in a magnificent fireworks extravaganza to welcome in the New Year.
