Canceling booking

1. • Refund policy: Tours cancelled by email (with confirmation) at least two weeks in advance can be fully refunded minus a €50 handling fee.
   

Rescheduling

•You can reschedule the date or time of your experience up to 5 days  before the experience start time. Subject to availability.

Account Verification

Should you be unable to complete the account verification process within 3 days of purchase, the experience will be canceled and fully refunded.

Weather

We make every effort to continue with our tours and experiences as scheduled, as long as the weather conditions are reasonable.

Should bad weather conditions create an unsafe scenario, we will try our best to fit your needs and arrange alternative day for tours and experiences.
